CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of reservations must be made in writing and can be by Telefax or Email to the Lakaz Safran office on safran@seychelles.net Telefax: + 248 4235145 and must be received by our office within the time periods specified in the Cancellation Charge chart .
CANCELLATION CHARGE
Up to 61 days – 100% refund
Up to 31 days – 50% of invoice value
Up to 15 days – 75% of invoice value
Below 15 days – 100% of invoice value
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Rates are nett and non-commissionable.
2. Rates include currently applicable government tax of 15%. Any future changes in taxes / levies and surcharges will be extra as applicable. VAT of 15% and a service charge of 10% will be liable on any services paid for in the hotel.
PAYMENTS:
1.25% of invoice value is due upon confirmation of your booking. The balance is due for payment 45 days prior to arrival.
2. In case of group bookings, a separate agreement for payment will apply.
3. All amounts are payable in Euro and must be strictly by Credit cards (Visa & Mastercard only), Paypal or bank transfer.
RESERVATIONS PROCEDURE:
All reservations requests and amendments thereof must be made in writing by Email or Telefax to the La Kaz Safran Reservations office on safran@seychelles.net Telefax; + 248 4235145 and may only be considered as confirmed once you receive a written confirmation of your booking and request from the Lakaz Safran reservations office.
